Please provide detailed information in accordance with the 5W1H principles, and we will conduct a fair investigation based on the information provided. If you have any supporting evidence, you may attach files to assist in the investigation. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding the identities of informants and the content of reports. If it becomes necessary to disclose certain information during the investigation process, we only do so after obtaining consent from the informant. In the case of informants who are members of the company, we prohibit all retaliatory actions by other members, including personnel disadvantages, discrimination in working conditions, and ostracism. In the case of external stakeholders, we prohibit retaliatory actions such as disadvantages in business relations. In the case of anonymous reports, we may not be able to conduct an investigation or communicate the results due to the lack of information. Internal investigation procedures may take 30 days or more.
